Shipping

Shipping is free within mainland France, across the whole shop.

For deliveries to French overseas territories and international destinations, a shipping contribution is charged. The amount is shown to you before you finally confirm your order.

Orders ship Monday to Friday. Within mainland France, games are sent by tracked letter or tracked Colissimo, within 48 to 72 working hours. For international orders we use the Delivengo service: delivery times vary by destination and are given as an indication only.

You will receive the tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel on the La Poste website.

If your order contains a pre-order item, the whole order ships once every product is in stock.

Payment

Payment is made by credit card or PayPal.

Card payments are secured with 3D Secure. Your account is charged when the order is confirmed.

All orders are payable in euros, whatever their origin.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return a product that does not suit you. Return shipping costs remain at your expense.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in good condition, together with a copy of the invoice.
